OUR VISION
Plainfield Public Schools becomes an educational model of excellence for Publicly-funded school districts within the state of New Jersey
Change For Progress
"TALENT ALL OVER PLAINFIELD"
Who Are We?
We are committed members of the community who believe in the potential of our students and the power of an aligned and unified school board to materially improve our schools

Our Priorities

1
Collage & Career Readiness
We want to ensure our students are prepared for life beyond graduation. Whether they choose college, a career, a trade, the military, or entrepreneurship, every student should have the resources, skills, and opportunities needed to succeed.
2
Responsible & Transparent Spending
We want to make sure every taxpayer dollar is used wisely, responsibly, and with accountability. Our goal is greater transparency in school spending, stronger financial oversight, and ensuring resources directly support our students and classrooms.
3
Bringing the Board to the People
We want to bring the Board of Education closer to the community by creating more opportunities for parents, students, educators, and residents to be heard. Community participation should be at the heart of how we move our school district forward.
Our Core Belife's
We are committed members of the community who believe in the potential of our students and the power of an aligned and unified school board to materially improve our schools
The Core of Change For Progress
We embrace divergence and believe that ability is innate in all children; therefore, all children will be provided with the best-suited opportunities for a quality education that exploits their possibilities and allows them to realize their full potential.
We believe our schools must provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all students, parents, teachers, community leaders, and businesses actively collaborate to shape an educational landscape that fuels Plainfield's, our state's, and the nation's workforce opportunities and economy..
We believe in preparing our students with the social, emotional, technical, and vocational skills necessary for success in their future.
